The rules that make the room worth attending.
Most of this exists to protect the buyer side. That is deliberate — it is the side that can walk.
-
The room is verified, and stays verified
Registration is assigned by revenue source. Misrepresenting where your organisation earns revenue in order to reach a funded deployer place ends your registration without refund, and the place is not resold to you next year.
-
Meetings are chosen, never assigned
Every meeting is double opt-in. No meeting reaches a deployer schedule that the deployer did not select, and there is no mechanism by which one can. Meetings are one supplier representative. Arriving with a second is grounds to be asked to leave the meeting area.
-
The attendee list is not a lead list
Delegate details are not shared, sold, downloaded or scraped, and contacting deployers outside the meeting programme during the selection period is a breach. Badge scanning is consented, per interaction.
-
Behaviour
Harassment, intimidation and discrimination end participation immediately, without refund. This applies on the floor, in sessions, in meetings, and at anything ASSEMBLE hosts or sponsors.
-
Reporting
Any attendee may report a breach to staff on site or in writing. Reports are handled by a named person, and the reporter is told the outcome.
Enforcement contact and the reporting address are TBD. This document is reviewed before ASSEMBLE opens registration.
