When and where is ASSEMBLE?
Edition One runs over 3 days in Chicago, Illinois, in September 2027. Exact dates are confirmed with the venue contract.

Who can attend?
Enterprises deploying robots, companies building and integrating them, and investors funding the chain. Registration is verified against your organisation's revenue source rather than your job title.

What does a pass cost?
Deployer passes are funded for qualifying operators, or $695 self-funded with no commitments. Industry and Investor rates are confirmed when registration opens.

How do the curated meetings work?
You request the companies you want to meet, and they request you. A meeting is scheduled only when both sides have opted in, so nothing reaches your calendar that you did not choose.

When are speakers announced?
Announcements begin once the programme committee is seated. Proposals are open now, and every submission gets an answer.

Can I exhibit?
Yes. Positions run from the startup pavilion to title partnership. Request the prospectus and we will send rates, floor options and what each tier includes.

Is there a hotel block?
A room block is negotiated alongside the venue contract, and delegates get the rate and booking link as soon as it is signed.

Do you accredit press?
Yes. Working journalists and industry analysts can apply for a media pass from the press page.

What is the refund policy?
Set when registration opens, and published here before the first pass is sold.
